The Ontario Home Renovation Savings Program helps homeowners reduce the cost of upgrading to energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. If you're replacing an older system with a qualifying cold-climate heat pump, you may be eligible for significant rebates.
Toronto homeowners can borrow up to $125,000 at a low fixed interest rate to cover energy-efficient home upgrades, repaid conveniently through your property tax bill. Applications are now open.
Ontario's Energy Affordability Program (EAP) provides free energy-saving upgrades to income-eligible homeowners, renters, and social housing residents, with no fees and no hidden costs.
For a limited time, homeowners who purchase qualifying Carrier heating or cooling equipment can receive up to $2,100 back through the Carrier Cool Cash rebate program. Now through November 20, 2026 — equipment must be installed and claims submitted by December 20, 2026.
