"Warmest thanks to Liam for resolving the problem with my 10-year-old A/C. He thoroughly carried out a full diagnosis, promptly identified the loose electrical connection, and explained everything clearly. The AC is now working perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"We were told by another company that our equipment needed replacing. The repair person from High Efficiency tackled the job on the spot and our place is nice and warm again. Reasonably priced, honest, lovely to deal with. Thank you so much."

"Had a great experience with Hardy this afternoon. Furnace was not working all day but they called back within minutes and booked me in same day. Hardy checked every component, determined the cause, and ensured everything was safe before leaving. Thanks for making sure we have heat for the upcoming cold snap!"

"Harry and his colleague were excellent, as always. They were friendly, hardworking, and very professional. Harry took the time to explain what they were seeing, showed me the capacitors, and walked me through what could be addressed. At High Efficiency, we always feel well taken care of."

"I had an excellent experience with High Efficiency and would highly recommend their services. The team is professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. A special thank you to Sam, the technician — his professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Replaced my motor blower and adjusted the tilt to my furnace. Furnace up and running just in time for winter."

"Quinton was very friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He installed the new furnace motor and ensured cleanliness from entry to completion. He spent adequate time inspecting the furnace afterwards to ensure it ran smoothly."

My A/C system did not work and the diagnosis indicated that the thermometer broke. However, during the installation of the new thermometer, the technician checked out that the original cause was the wiring and so additional part was required. With the new part, the technician completed the re-installation of the new thermometer and he carefully checked to make sure that both the A/C and furnace are working before the completion of the service.
The technician was very patient and skillful.

Great service by Aris ( customer service rep) and Harry who showed up within 15 mins of my call. What was originally a poor experience was completely turned around by the responsiveness and professionalism of these 2 individuals. Thank you for being honest, understanding and attentive to my situation and fixing it for me. We're having a comfortable summer through periods of heat waves because of you both. Thank you!!

Quentin came to look at my leaking a/c unit and did a very thorough inspection of the unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way that I would understand. A great tech to have on your team

Incredible customer service! We had a HVAC issue and Charton came out after hours from his own home to help us look at it. He was super helpful and got a technician scheduled for us the next morning. Truly went out of his way to help. The next day, Quentin did an awesome job fixing our HVAC system. He was super polite and incredibly clean while working, which I really appreciated. He figured out what the issue was right away and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Definitely recommend them and High efficiency cooling and heating for any of your HVAC needs.

Charlton has excellent customer service. Anytime I call, he is always there to support me. QUENTIN was sent out to fix the issue. Quentin did a great job, the AC is running beautifully now! Thank you!
