Service Club Questions
No. The High Efficiency WE Care Service Membership is not a contract. You can cancel at any time. We earn your loyalty through service, not paperwork.
We recommend AC tune-up in spring (March–May) and furnace tune-up in fall (September–October) — each season. We will email/SMS you to schedule the maintenance visit when it is time.
WE Care Service Membership members receive priority scheduling on all service calls, exclusive discounts on diagnosis, repair and equipment replacement.
No, membership plans are reserved for single-family homes. Because condo management usually replaces basic filters, we provide dedicated condo HVAC deep cleaning and full system tune-ups instead to keep your unit running efficiently.
Multi-property plans are available for landlords and property managers. Contact us directly for a custom plan.
